Lotus Yoga is in transition. The studio lease for the Rainier space came to an end, so for the summer we’re floating. The good news is my Tuesday and Thursday classes are continuing in-person at the Lakewood Seward Park Community Center. It’s a beautiful space on 50th and Angeline. Classes will continue, just as they did when we moved from Genesee to Rainier 17 years ago.
If you prefer the studio vibe, I’m still teaching at 8 Limbs Phinney Ridge location in-person. I’ve also added a new noon Friday livestream class. All the details are on the class schedule page.
